SUPPLY THROUGH PERSONAL PROTECTION (PPE) The object of the contract is the supply of personal protective equipment for the safety of the employees of the Municipality of Nea Smyrni for the years 2025, 2026 and 2027. The supply of Personal Protective Equipment will cover the needs of the beneficiary employees of the Directorates of the Municipality, for a period of time from the signing of the contract until 31/12/2025. According to the provisions of Y.A. 53361/2006 (Government Gazette 1503/B/11-10-2006) on Provision of personal protective equipment to employees of O.T.A. and preventive medicine measures as it was completed by TT36586/2007 (Government Gazette 1323/B/30.07.07) and House 31119/2008 (Government Gazette 990/B/28.05.08) and in the K.Y.A. 43726/2019 (F.E.K. 2208/B/8-6-2019) on Provision of Personal Protective Equipment to Local Government Employees first and second degree and of these legal entities and preventive medicine measures, the Municipality is obliged to annually supply personal protective equipment for cleaning, garden maintenance, road construction, electric lighting, workers in field work as well as security guards (outdoor areas and schools).
