Open European call for tenders for the conclusion of two single-award framework agreements with purchase orders without minimum and including a maximum, in accordance with the provisions of the public procurement code, and in particular articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1°, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 and R.2162-4 2° which will be executed as successive purchase orders are issued, during the period of execution of the services, following the provisions of articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code in order to to ensure the supply and delivery of paper for the University of Rennes, including the Rennes sites (Beaulieu Campus, Villejean Campus, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, IGR/IAE, Presidency, IUT of Rennes) and other sites (IUT of Saint Malo, IUT of Saint Brieuc, IUT of Lannion, ENSSAT of Lannion, Biological Station of Paimpont). The consultation is broken down into two distinct lots/markets: LOT 01: White papers; LOT 02: Colored papers. Variants for services alternatives or additional are permitted. The initial duration of the framework agreement is 2 years from its effective date. There is provision for the possibility of 2 renewals on the anniversary date of the markets for a period of an additional year by tacit renewal, without the total duration exceeding four (4) years.
