SUPPLY OF PAPER AND ENVELOPES LOT2Paper for offset digital printing or other special papers Lot n°3 - Envelopes The contract covers the following services: SUPPLY OF PAPER AND ENVELOPES The framework agreement covers the provision of paper and envelopes necessary for the various municipal services. The services are broken down into 3 lots defined as follows: • Lot n°1: Reprography paper • Lot n°2: Offset type digital printing paper or other special papers • Lot n°3: Envelopes The form chosen for the execution of the contract is purchase orders with no minimum and a maximum single-awarded amount in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 1° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The duration of the market runs from October 1, 2026, or the date of notification if later, until September 30, 2027. The contract is then tacitly renewable 3 times, per period of one year. Lot n°1: Reprography paper The form chosen for the execution of the contract is for purchase orders with no minimum and a single-award maximum amount in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 1° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount, with a maximum amount of 100, 000 euros excluding tax/year.
