European and regional laws now impose on the GRD the installation of digital meters for all new connections. Likewise, all existing connections must be equipped with a digital counter for 31/12/2029.
These digital meters have 2 characteristics whichWe are interested in this technical specification, namely:
a serial communication port named P1, which provides the user internal data on the meter (registers, currents, tensions, etc.)
a user pusher button, green color, which allows you to interact with the counter(Display scrolling, internal relay start, etc.)
Port P1 and the user button are intended to be used by the user, it must therefore be able to access it freely and easily.
The old counters, for which no interactions with the user was necessary, were preferably installed in a closed and sealed box (25S60, B10, ...) with transparent hood.
In the installations where the installation of a box was not possible, the meters were mounted on Tabletins.
Port P1 and the user button for new digital countersFortable to be accessible to the user, new boxes have been developed (25d60, 20D55). In these boxes, the counter is installed on an external platform and is thus accessible.
