The Hospital needs to be equipped with an ophthalmic microscope of high performance that allows optimally meeting the surgical needs of the Ophthalmology Service in anterior and posterior pole interventions. The new equipment must guarantee a clear and precise visualization of the surgical field, facilitating the main surgeon and the assistant team to perform complex procedures with maximum safety, efficiency and ergonomics. Specifically, an ophthalmic microscope is required for anterior and posterior pole interventions, with an assistant operating room for the implantation of intraocular lenses, and equipped with 3D digital visualization in 4K resolution and integrated intraoperative OCT system. With the acquisition of this equipment the following is pursued: Improve surgical safety and precision, especially in highly complex surgeries such as retina, vitreous and cataracts. Facilitate intraoperative collaboration, through a system that allows the operating room assistant to intervene in the manipulation and adjustment of the microscope and assist in the implantation of intraocular lenses. Optimize training and teaching, thanks to large-format 3D visualization, which allows the entire team to observe the surgery in real time with the highest image quality. Increase diagnostic quality intraoperatively, through the integration of a live OCT system, which provides structural information in real time for surgical decision making...
