Richmond Valley Council requires the Supply of a variety of bulk stabilising materials at various locations throughout the region.A full range of products required can be found within the attached documentation. Contractors may be called upon for the supply of bulk material at various times throughout the term of the agreement, however Council does not guarantee the amount of work.Not all confirming offers will be accepted to the panel contract. Submissions will be evaluated using price and non-price criteria to evaluate the most advantageous group of providers.
