Tenders are invited for SUPPLY OF CEMENT SEVENS & MONYMUSK HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS, CLARENDON BID#: 2019-07-19/KCW-01

Tender More Details : The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites registered suppliers to submit tenders for the supply, delivery and off-loading of 52, 500 bags of cement at the Sevens & Monymusk Housing Developments in Clarendon.

Note: Two (2) separate contracts will be awarded. Therefore, suppliers are permitted to bid on one (1) or both locations.

LOCATION:

Sevens Housing Development, Clarendon
The property is located along the main road from Palmers Cross to Chateau, north east of the town of May Pen and approximately 6 km from the intersection of Hazard Drive and Paisley Avenue in the parish of Clarendon.

Monymusk Housing Development, Clarendon
The property is located along the Hayes main road from the Mineral Heights round-about to the town of Vere, south west of the town of May Pen, approximately 6 km in the parish of Clarendon.

ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Tenderers must provide:
i. Evidence of tax compliance.
ii. Copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) / National Contracts Commission (NCC) registration certificate in the category of Hardware & Haberdashery.
