Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up-to-date Trade licence2. Up-to-date income Tax Certificate with return submission Certificate3. VAT Registration Certificate4. Supplier/ Bidder who have minimum of general experience of the tenderer in the Supply of Goods & related servicess as supplied shal be 3(three) years.5. The Minimum specific experience as supply of similar goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the Last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.10.00 (ten) lacs only shall be required. must be submitted work completion certificate at government/ semi government/ autonomous organization/ reputed firms/ star hotel.6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15 lacs only, certificate must be within 30 days upto the date of receiving the tender and supporting bank statement (orginal copy)to be submitted along with the tender.7. Tender Security & Performance Security Shall be Pay Order In favour of "Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation" 8. others terms and condition are specified in As per TDS & PCC.9.
