PUBLISH: This consultation is the purpose of the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and guarantee of a new advanced laser lithography machine with automatic loading system on behalf of Laas-CNRS. The project is part of the project investment of technological platforms as part of the RTB (basic technological research) program. The framework agreement is mono-attribute (concluded with a single economic operator). The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum amount (quantity) and with a maximum amount (quantity). The contracting authority undertakes to order at least (known as a minimum part of the framework agreement): the order form provides, delivery, installation and commissioning of a new advanced laser lithography machine.
