Supply of net electrical energy, low voltage at freely agreed prices and performance of the functions of coordinator of a standard balancing group for sites of ODMVR-Shumen, for a period of 24 months The purpose of this public procurement is to select a supplier of net electrical energy (min. 5% of which was produced by RES) at freely agreed prices and a coordinator of a balancing group for low voltage to sites of the Shumen ODMVR on the territory of the Shumen district (according to the list); inclusion of the objects in a standard balancing group, as an indirect member, with coordinator the Contractor (as the Employer will not pay a fee for participation in a balancing group), incl. provision of services in: forecasting of electricity consumption, planning, ordering and balancing; preparation and submission of hourly diaries schedules and sending them for administration of the information flow by the Electricity System Operator /ESO/ EAD; assuming the responsibility for balancing - the obligation to financially settle the differences between the amount of electrical energy by recorded consumption schedule/forecast and the actual reported consumption of commercial metering devices, or the difference between purchases and sales for a given settlement period, as well as all activities related to participation in the liberalized market of electrical energy of the Contracting Authority.
