SUPPLY OF NET ELECTRICAL ENERGY - LOW VOLTAGE AND SELECTION OF COORDINATOR OF BALANCING GROUP FOR STREET LIGHTING OBJECTS OF GABROVO MUNICIPALITY The procedure is carried out in order to select a supplier of net electrical energy, coordinator of standard balancing group, full administration of the information flow with ESO EAD, as well as assuming the costs of imbalances of the sites described in Appendix 1 to the Technical Specification - 431 items, incl. 270 pcs. in the town of Gabrovo and 161 units. in villages on the territory of Municipality of Gabrovo. Upon execution of the order, electrical energy (5% of which must be produced by renewable energy sources) should be delivered with the quality and order, as provided for in the Energy Act (EL) and the other legal acts that regulate the public relations related to the supply of electric energy (including the regulations to ZE, the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electric Energy (PIKEE). As "balancing group coordinator" the contractor should take responsibility for balancing, include the client in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group, as well as provide forecasting of the client's consumption, including administration of the client's consumption schedules and all other inherent and necessary activities related to balancing and administration of the client's activities on the free electricity market. ...
