Tender Details

The current public procurement is for the supply of net active electrical energy and the performance of the functions of coordinator of a standard balancing group of "MBAL - Blagoevgrad" JSC with full administration of the information flow with the Electricity System operator (ESO) and bearing the costs of imbalances. A renewal is foreseen, including a repetition of the deliveries for a period of 6 (six) months, with a volume and value one second of the terms of the initial contract. The estimated value of the order is calculated at based on the total consumption in kWh, according to the data of the Employer's ITN for a period of 12 consecutive months. The estimated value also includes the possible inclusion of new objects. The stated estimated value of the net asset delivery electricity includes a "Duty to the public" fee, fees for network services and excise duty, which the Contracting Authority pays to the Contractor at the current and determined by KEVR and/or other competent authority prices, for the relevant period, on the basis received from the network information operator. The estimated amount of electricity consumption for the term of the contract of 24 months does not in any way commit the Employer to use it, nor does it in any way limit the consumption of the Employer within its framework, being delivers the required amount of electricity per day, per month and for the entire period of the contract.
