"SUPPLY OF NET ACTIVE ELECTRICAL ENERGY AND SELECTION OF COORDINATOR OF BALANCING GROUP FOR THE NEEDS OF RAKOVSKI MUNICIPALITY". The name of the current procedure is: "Delivery of net active electrical energy and selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of the Municipality of Rakovski". The order fulfillment period is 24 (twenty-four) calendar months from the confirmation of the first delivery schedule. The contracting authority may extend the contract for a period of up to 6 (six) calendar months, provided for in the contract for awarding the public procurement - (option) under Art. 21, para. 1 of the Civil Code, in connection with Art. 6 of PPZOP. Place of performance The electricity system of the Republic of Bulgaria and the relevant municipal facilities on the territory of the Municipality of Rakovski, indicated in the List to the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 to the documentation. More information is contained in the Procurement Notice, as well as in the Tender Documents, the Technical Specification and the Draft Contract. The subject of this order is the delivery of net active electric energy for sites of the Employer from a licensed electric energy supplier and coordinator of a standard balancing group to supply net active electric energy with full administration of the information flow with ESO and bearing the cost of imbalances.
