Supply of net active electrical energy - low and medium voltage and selection of a coordinator of a standard balancing group for the needs of the National Academy of Arts (NHA) The current public procurement includes the supply of electrical energy to low and medium voltage with full administration of the information flow with the Electricity System Operator (ESO) and assuming the costs of imbalances for the contracting entity's sites, in accordance with the requirements of the Energy Act (EE), the Rules for Trading with electric energy (PTEE) and the Rules for measuring the quantity of electric energy (PIKEE). The subject of this public procurement includes the supply of net active electrical energy at low voltage and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for NHA sites located on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
