Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.2) Tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 11 (Eleven) Lac under maximum 1 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years.3) Tenderer shall submit sample design with detailed drawings and upload approved copy by the PE office in e-GP before closing the tender.4) The tenderer shall submit brochure, catalog and operation manual of related items and equipments.5) Tenderer shall submit the sample of related items and equipments approved by the PE office and upload e-Gp before closing the tender.6) Declaration on letterhead that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months (any without payment).7) Tenderer shall visit the site in plant before closing of tender and detailed visit & inspection report signed by plant personnel shall be submitted.
