"Supply of natural gas for TP of NOI - Montana" The current procedure for awarding a public procurement is aimed at ensuring the supply of natural gas for heating the administrative building of the TP of NOI - Montana for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the liberalized natural gas market at freely negotiated prices, according to the Energy Act (E), the Natural Gas Trade Rules (PTG) and the Natural Gas Market Balancing Rules (GBA). The estimated amount of natural gas, necessary for the needs of the TP of NOI - Montana for 24 months is 100 MWh, calculated on the basis of the data for a previous 24-month period of consumption, adjusted with possible changes in the quantities that could occur during the implementation of the order.
