"Supply of natural gas for the TP of NOI - Kardzhali" The current public procurement is for the supply of natural gas to ensure heating during the winter period of the administrative building of the National Institute of Natural Resources and Energy - Kardzhali, located at the address: town of Kardzhali, ul. "Belasitsa" No. 2 at freely negotiated prices, according to the Energy Act (EE), the Natural Gas Trading Rules (NTG) and the Natural Gas Market Balancing Rules (NGM) for a period of 24 months. The current public procurement is for the supply of natural gas to provide heating during the winter period of the administrative building of TP of NOI - Kardzhali, located at the address: town of Kardzhali, "Belasitsa" Str. No. 2 at freely agreed prices, according to the Energy Law (ZE), the Rules for trading in natural gas (PTPG) and the Rules for Balancing the Natural Gas Market (PBPPG) for a period of 24 months. The facility is connected to the gas distribution network of "Citigas Bulgaria" EAD. The same has backup heating with electricity. The estimated quantity for natural gas supply for the duration of the contract is: 6, 944 hnm³ (approximately 75 MWh). During the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the consumption of natural gas in relation to the estimated amount in a positive or negative direction, according to the need, paying only the actual amount of natural gas consumed for the relevant period, measured at the reception and delivery point.
