Delivery points in the Haut-Rhin sector Delivery points in the Guebwiller sector Delivery points in the Huningue sector Delivery points in the Colmar sector The purpose of the contract is the supply of natural gas to supply the points of delivery referred to in the consultation file. Natural gas is used for heating buildings and premises belonging to Habitats de Haute-Alsace, the production of domestic hot water and cooking. The contract concerns 134 PCE and 4, 927 housing units. There annual consumption is estimated at 31, 741 MWh. This is a framework agreement with a maximum divided into 4 geographical lots. It will be concluded with only 1 energy supplier per lot. Each lot will be awarded separately. It will give rise to the broadcast purchase orders as needed. The thresholds are expressed in quantity within the consultation documents. The supply of gas covers the periods from 01/01/2029 to 12/31/2032 for lot 1 and from 01/01/2030 to 12/31/2033 for the others batches This sector concerns 2, 637 housing units as well as the Habitats de Haute-Alsace branch in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines and 84 PCE. Annual consumption is estimated at 16, 897 MWh.
