Tenders are invited for Supply of Multiple Emergency Disaster Response Purchases.

Yemen Red Crescent Society announces a multi-procurement tender within emergency response to dengue fever with the support of International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies from the Disaster Response Emergency Fund (DREF) to provide humanitarian assistance in five governorates affected by the dengue epidemic they are (Hodeidah - Aden - Taiz - Shabwa - Hajjah) urgently, and the tender includes four packages (groups) of purchases as shown below, where each package (group) contains a number of items

Package 1: Provision of standard personal protection equipment (PPE)

Package 2: Provision hygiene kits

Package 3: Provision saturated mosquito nets

Package 4: Provision drums of Deltamethrin (insecticide), and Foggy sprinkler devices.

Manner of Submission:

All the interested suppliers must do the following:

· Tender documents can be obtained from YRCS-HQ during a period from 09:30 a.m - 02:30 p.m. with official letter to applicants

· The last day for submitting offers submitted by suppliers on Sunday, March 01, 2020 at 12:00 p.m at YRCS - HQ.

· Applicants are entitled to apply in one of the packages (groups) or all.

· Submit quotations separately for each group in the event of submitting more than one.

· Prices must include delivery of materials to our branches in Hodeidah, Aden, Shabwa, Taiz, Hajjah.

· Attach a catalog with the required samples with the attachment file

· YRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for YRCS-s action, only YRCS must notify the supplier / suppliers of the order to cancel or reject.
