Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer should submit the Certificate of followings. a) Up to date VAT Registration b) Up to date Income Tax Certificate. c) Up to date Trade License d) National Certificate.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in related Repair Works under Public Sector of at least 1(One) contract(s) of successfully completed within the last 20 (Twenty) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4.95 Lac.3. The minimum amount of financial resources as Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit Line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 7.84 Lac.4. The required average annual Construction Turnover under Public Sector shall be no less than Tk 3.95 Lac over the best 5 (Five) years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years.5. The final decision about the Responsive Tenderer shall be taken according the recommendation of TEC & TSC6.Tenderers will also have to fulfill all the requirements of TDS, GCC & PCC.7.Authorization Letter7. Related Rules of Front Loading shall also applicable under PPR-2025.
