Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must have updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and updated Income Tax certificate/ tax acknowledgement receipt of latest assessment year. 2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services supported by Trade License; the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. 3. Tenderer shall have the specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Similar Goods (Computer & peripheral, IT equipment, Software and Software/Firewall license) to any Government-owned organization of a minimum of BDT 20, 00, 000.00 (BDT Twenty Lakh) only under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 03 (Three) years; the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. 4. Tenderer shall have minimum amount of credit facility of BDT 20, 00, 000.00 (BDT Twenty Lakh only). 5. Tenderer shall submit the Authorization Letter from SOPHOS as an authorized distributor / reseller of Sophos product.
