Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medicinal products used in chemotherapy, described in detail in Annex 2A to the SWZ:

3. The ordering party requires that the offered productsmedicinal products were:

a) approved for marketing in Poland, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of September 6, 2001 on the Pharmaceutical Law,

b) listed in the applicable Notice of the Minister of Health on the list of reimbursed medicines and foodstuffs specialfor nutritional purposes and medical devices in part C (chemotherapy catalogue),

4. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers. The total number of Parts in this procedure: 18. All provisions contained in the SWZ relating to the offer also apply to the partial offer.j. If the SWZ does not contain a provision which part applies to a specific article, paragraph, section, condition, form, document, etc. - it means that it applies to all parts.
