Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of medicinal products according to 4 packages to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (Kraków, os. Zotej Jesieni 1), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No. 1 to this Specification.2. Expiry date/warranty period of the item orders: it cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery, and for nutritional preparations it cannot be shorter than half of the expiry date for a given product. Deliveries of products with a shorter expiry date may be allowed in exceptional situations and consent to them will be granted each time must be expressed by an authorized representative of the Ordering Party with confirmation via e-mail.3. In drug and chemotherapy programs, only drugs included in the National Health Fund's reimbursement lists are allowed (the price of the drug cannot exceed the financing limit set by the National Health Fund).
