The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medical, liquid, compressed and liquefied gases, the type and quantity of which are specified in the price form constituting Appendix 2 to the ToR, and the successive deliveries of anesthetic gas equipment (50% - oxygen / 50% - nitrous oxide), i.e. sec- applies to task no. 3 in the amount specified in the price form constituting Appendix 2 to the SWZ, together with the lease of:
a stationary tank with a vaporizer for liquid oxygen (refers to task no. 1),
a liquid nitrogen tank and a liquid air tank for cryotherapy (applies to tasks 2),
cylinders(refers to tasks No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6),
and accessories, i.e. cylinder trolleys and dosing valves (refers to task No. 3)
described in detail in the price form, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, as well as other obligations resulting from the contract aimed at enabling the Ordering Party to use the goodsaru
