This notice of invitation is launched by the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (LuxDev),

on behalf of project LAO/027 Lao-Luxembourg Health Sector Support Programme - Phase II receiving

financial support from the governments of Lao P.D.R. and of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
