The Local Government Unit of Arakan is inviting interested suppliers to submit price quotation to the following items with ABC 41, 400.00
Description
Meals & snacks
Canvass forms can be obtained from BAC secretariat, Municipal Hall, Arakan Cotabato starting May 5, 2015 and the deadline for submission of sealed canvass is on May 11, 2015, 1:00PM.
Interested parties should submit their sealed canvass to the BAC Chairman, bids and awards committee, LGU-Arakan, Cotabato. Suppliers outside Arakan municipality are required to submit Business Permit.
The winning supplier shall pay the amount of Ph 400.00 to the Office of Municipal Treasurer upon receipt of PO.
The Arakan Bids and awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all canvasses, to declare the canvass a failure or waive any or all information or to award such canvass to the supplier whose price quotation is considered most advantageous to the government.
