1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Kabalantian, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of Php 319, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply of Materials for Upgrading of Pipeline of Water System.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
