SUPPLY OF MATERIALS FOR REPAIR OF OTHER STRUCTURES
1 The BARANGAY CULIS through the SB N0.1 BARANGAY FUND intends to apply the sum of ( Php 62, 817.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY MATERIALS FOR REPAIR OF OTHER STRUCTURES OF BARANGAY CULIS/26 CULIS 015. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be auhtomatically rejected at bid opening.
2 The BARANGAY CULIS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.Deliver of the Goods is required by 15 Calendars days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project . The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section ll (Instructions to Bidders ).
3 Biddding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary "past/fail critertion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations ( RR) No.9184.
