1) The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas, through the 20% MDF 2026 - Social Development Sector - Construction/Improvement of Day Care Center/ Child Development Center at Barangay San Miguel intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Seven Pesos & 28/100 Php1, 489, 547.28 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Materials, Labor and Equipment for the Construction/ Improvement of Day Care Center/ Child Development Center at Barangay San Miguel, Lobo, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
