1. The OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF PANDATUNG, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of Php 70, 978.95 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply of Materials for the Fabrication of Impounding Facility/26-PANDATUNG-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF PANDATUNG now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
