1.The Barangay Sto. Tomas, Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the BDF 2026 intends to apply the sum One Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty (P 123, 830.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for STO.TOMAS-2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Sto.Tomas, Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Supply of Materials for the Construction of Slope Protection at Purok Centro (STO.TOMAS-2026-001). Delivery of the goods is required within 7 CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
