1. The Barangay Government Unit of Libertad, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Php 311, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply of Materials for Concrete Canal at Barangay Gym. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government Unit of Libertad, now invites bids for the Supply of Materials for Concrete Canal at Barangay Gym . The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
