(Act. 199 - other maintenance to roadways and related features features, Act. 121- patching concrete pavements, Act. 122- crack and joint sealing of concrete pavements, Act. 302- centerline and laneline repainting & Materials for maintenance activities).



Contract Location: within the Jurisdiction of Masbate 1 DEO National Roads.



Brief Description of Goods to be Procured: Supply of Materials for the Maintenance of National Roads and Bridges. (Reflectorized/Non Rubberized Paint (White), Paint Reducer/ Thinner, Asphalt Pen 60/70, Asphalt Sealant, Thermoplastic paint (White), Glass Beads, Primer, Calsumine, Course Aggregates (Choker), Fine Aggregates & Emulsified Asphalt, SS1).

Delivery Date of Goods/Contract Duration of Service: within fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.



The BAC is conducting the public bidding for these Contracts in accordance with RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.



Bidders should have completed, within from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section IV. Instructions to Bidders.



To be eligible to bid for this Contract, a supplier must meet the following major requirements:



(a) Registration certificate from SEC, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for sole proprietorship, or CDA for cooperatives;

(b) Mayor-s/Business permit issued by the city or municipality where the principal place of business of the prospective bidder is located or the equivalent document for exclusive economic zones or areas;

(c) Tax clearance per Executive Order 398, Series of 2005, as finally reviewed and approved by the BIR;

(d) Filipino citizen or 60% Filipino-owned partnership/corporation;

(e) Completion of a similar contract costing at least 50% of the ABC; and

(f) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to the ABC.



The DPWH will use non-discretionary -A"pass/fail-A
