Supply of material for horizontal road markings 2026 The subject of the public contract is the supply of road solvent white and yellow paint, ballotine and solvents (thinners), suitable for application with spray guns and nozzles without the necessity of modifying the equipment, designated for use on high pressure marking machines (spray gun + nozzles) AIRLESS type, compatible at least with machines: -HOFMANN H18-1 AIRLESS, -HOFMANN H9 AIRLESS, - manually guided markers. The minimum technical requirements for the subject of the public contract are given in text form in the business and technical terms and conditions of the contracting authority, which are Annex No. 2 hereof procurement documentation under the title "Draft Framework Agreement". Performance parameters For solvent-based white paint, a minimum requirement of retroreflection (R) after 24 months in the amount of at least 150 mcd·m⁻²·lx⁻¹, this value being determined as average of all measured locations. The supplier is obliged to document the fulfillment of this requirement with a product catalog sheet, or a technical sheet or corresponding certificate.
