The supplier must deliver, install and commission a diesel-powered, complete, factory-new, fully hydraulic material handling machine on wheels for port use for handling general cargo and loose goods (hereinafter "the Machine").
The supplier must also deliver instruction and training in the machine's operation and maintenance for technicians and machine operators respectively. The machine must be delivered no later than 10 months after entering into the contract.
Entering into the Contract is subject to final approval from the board of Associated Danish Ports A/S.
The offer includes also an option to purchase a 5-year service agreement for Nyborg Havn A/S
