Description of the service: In the deployment of its fair plan, the Reserve plans to organize and participate in fairs and other technical and promotional events in order to position and give visibility to the Reserva de la Biosphere de the Terres de l'Ebre and promote its values. The availability of specific material to attend fairs and other events is essential to guarantee effective and quality participation. These elements allow the exhibition spaces to be adapted to the characteristics of each event, ensure optimal conditions of attention to the public and improve the experience of the visitors. In order to guarantee an efficient and professional management of these actions, as well as an image homogeneous, updated and coherent of the Terres de l'Ebre Biosphere Reserve, it is necessary to resort to the external contracting of these supplies. It includes the supply of tents, furniture and other physical resources necessary for the assembly and operation of the stands or spaces of the Biosphere Reserve at fairs and events. The purpose of this contract is the provision of the necessary supplies for the acquisition of specific material to attend fair events, to guarantee the participation of the Terres de l'Ebre Biosphere Reserve in fairs and other promotional events and actions.
