The services are the subject of a single-award framework agreement concluded with a maximum annual quantity of 170, 000 restaurant vouchers. This framework agreement sets all the conditions for the performance of the services and is executed as the issuance of purchase orders. The meal vouchers will be offered by the service provider in two types of format: - on paper - in dematerialized form (smart card type or other dematerialized solution meeting the definition of meal vouchers according to the regulations in force and allowing the withdrawal of the sums contained in the associated management account).
