As a result of this procedure, the contracting authority will conclude framework agreements for a period of 48 (forty-eight) months with up to 5 (five) potential contractors ranked first to fifth (inclusive), provided that there is a sufficient number of offers which meet the pre-announced conditionsto the PRINCIPAL. Provided that there is not a sufficient number of offers that meet the pre-announced conditions of the contracting authority, the contracting authority may conclude a framework agreement with less than five potential contractors.sharing the most economically advantageous offer is "lowest price". The participant who offered the lowest total value for the execution of the order is ranked first.
The obtained total value, calculated on the basis of estimated quantities and unit price of the goods, serves only for evaluation purposes.
The frameworkan agreement will be concluded at unit prices until the maximum value of the assignments is reached in the amount of BGN 4, 940, 000.00 excluding VAT.
