1. The subject of the order is the supply of light fuel oil L-1 - hereinafter referred to as "fuel oil", for heating purposes, depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party, and its successive delivery to the Ordering Party's tanks, in accordance with the orders placed by the Ordering Party, in the total quantity specified in Annex 2 - "Price Form". The maximum size of one delivery is up to 31 m3.
2. Light fuel oil L-1 must meet the quality standards specified in PN-C-96024: 2011 (Petroleum products - fuel oils) for the L-1 grade, which should be reflected in the form quality certificate provided for each batch of delivery.
3.L-1 light fuel oil must comply with Polish standards and the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018), regulation Minister of Energy of March 1, 2017 on methods for testing the quality of light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil and oil for inland navigation vessel engines (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 584), Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266).
4.By a delivery batch is understood as a one-time delivery of fuel oil of one type and grade, delivered to the recipient by a road tanker, identified by a transport document (e.g. proof of filling, proof of issue / attestation) and a quality certificate (certificate).
