The object of the tender is the contracting of the supply of licenses for a cloud tool for the administration of human resources, payroll and talent management for the Port Authority of Barcelona, ​​as well as the services necessary to carry out the implementation and adaptation and parameterization of the tool to the specific needs of the People department of the Port Authority of Barcelona and have a financial fund to carry out developments, training, platform documentation and configurations, as well as expanding the number of licenses initially identified.
