Supply of licenses and maintenance of an HRIS software package for the in'li group/Application phase The contract concerns the deployment of an integrated HRIS for the in'li group, covering all functional and business chains, including the provision of licenses, maintenance, configuration, data migration, change support and support over the operating life. The framework agreement is composite, treated at mixed prices (global and fixed price for licenses and maintenance, and at purchase orders for small developments). The maximum amount over the total duration of the framework agreement is specified in article 4.2 of the RC.
