Description of the provision: The contract includes the supply of the containers, as well as their transport, unloading and placement in the corresponding facilities, under the conditions defined in the PPT. This action is financed through a grant awarded by the Waste Agency of Catalonia. Consequently, the equipment supplied must strictly comply with the requirements established in the regulatory bases and applicable regulations, especially with regard to the characteristics techniques and the conditions for justifying the expenditure.
