The Tarlac City Water District (TCWD) will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the Supply of Laptop Units detailed on the table below, in accordance with the New Government Procurement Act (RA) No. 12009.
The details of the project are as follows:
Approved Budget for the Contract: Six Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 610, 000.00) inclusive of tax
Duration: Ten (10) calendar days upon issuance of Notice to Award
Interested suppliers are required to submit the Bill of Quantity / Detailed Estimate duly signed price quotation form.
Submission of quotation is on or before March 9, 2026, 10:00 a.m. at TCWD Main Office, Sta. Rosa Road, Brgy. Maliwalo, Tarlac City.
Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation, which complies with the minimum description as stated above and other terms and conditions stated in the price quotation form.
