This project involves the supply of janitorial labour for ongoing cleaning at the City of Cornwall-s Fire Services, Infrastructure and Municipal Works Division (Administration Building and Public Works Garage), Housing Services, the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), Corporate Services (Payroll, ITT and HR), Justice Administration Building and City Hall.
Pricing is also being sought for the supply of janitorial labour for “as required” cleaning for the Planning, Development and Recreation Division (Cornwall Civic Complex, Benson Centre and Aquatic Centre) and Provisional - After Hours, As Required cleaning at Various Locations throughout the City, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, with the option of renewal for three additional one-year periods, as per the specifications herein.
The City will provide to the successful supplier all janitorial cleaning supplies, cleaning tools and safety suppliers associated with this quote with the exception of safety footwear at all locations. The Successful Supplier shall notify the Facility Manager when these supplies are in short supply to ensure that the City can replenish the supplies in a timely manner.
Opportunity to View Sites
An opportunity to view site visit has been organized during which suppliers may inspect the site and associated equipment. Suppliers are strongly advised to consider attending; however, this is not a mandatory meeting. Site visits will take place on October 29, 2025 and will begin at 9:00 am at the Fire Services Headquarters, 705 Tollgate Rd. W. and will follow the order of buildings with stick adherence to times listed below:
