SUPPLY OF LABORATORY REAGENTS AND LEASE OF APPARATUS FOR RAPID MOLECULAR DIAGNOSTICS The subject of the order IS the supply of laboratory reagents along with the lease of a device for rapid molecular diagnostics. Subject of the order includes: 1. rental of a rapid molecular diagnostics device with equipment for a period of 12 months 2. successive deliveries of reagents and control materials for the offered device within a period of 12 months 3. delivery of the starter package i conducting initial instruction and training employees in the proper use of the leased equipment 4. maintenance services during the lease period of the subject of the order on the terms specified in the SWZ. The subject of the order ARE deliveries laboratory reagents along with the rental of a device for rapid molecular diagnostics. The subject of the order includes: 1. rental of a rapid molecular diagnostics device with equipment for a period of 12 months 2.successful supplies of reagents and control materials for the offered device within 12 months 3. providing a starter package and conducting initial instruction and training employees in the proper use of the leased equipment 4.maintenance services in the period of leasing the subject of the contract on the terms specified in the SWZ.
