Invitation to Bid for the Supply of Labor, Materials and Technical Expertise for the Installation of Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) System at the Philippine International Convention Centers

1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through the Approved Budget for CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FOUR HUNRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php3, 480, 000.00), VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply of Labor, Materials and Technical Expertise for the Installation of Private Automatic Exchange (PABX) System at the Philippine International Convention Center (APP2024-MC-02). Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
