Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2025 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 3, 960, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract “Supply of Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Improvement of Codacod Diversion Dam in Tadian, Mt. Province in support to Rice Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DA-RFO-CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 91 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
