Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P1, 350, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply of Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Establishment of Solar-Powered Greenhouse with Hydroponics in Dontogan, Baguio City in Support to NUPAP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is 63 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
