Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR) through the 2026 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (P4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply of Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Construction of Multi-Commodity Processing Facility in Kibungan, Benguet in support to HVCDP”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Office-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR) now invites bids for construction of Multi-Commodity Processing Facility. Completion of the Works is required is 154 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
