1. Rehabilitation of water distribution and piping system with prescribed positioning of gate valves.
2. Replacement of new centrifugal pump with 1.5 HP
3. Improvement of the pump platform
4. Rehabilitation of deep well structures like pipes, foot valve and other dilipated attachments

6. Rehabilitation of body cell, metal door and metal grills

1. Contractor shall provide the needed man power and materials in accomplishing the job
2. Contractor shall follow agreed work specifications
3. Shall be under the monitoring of DA inspectorate team and/or TWG members and station superintendent
4. Be finished within 45 days
5. May claim partial payments which is subject to govt. guidelines and proper procedures.
6. Be paid after specified jobs had been accomplished, inspected and found satisfactory
